| What is
GOLD Plan |
With Gold plan people can watch MaaTV 24/7 as live
telecast from India and also a 4.30hrs delayed
European edition. Also contains program recordings
which can be played instant. |

Subscription Service |
TeluguTV is monthly subscription service and
Service will renew automatically at the end of
month, you need to cancel service by sending email
to
support@telugutv.net for not to bill
automatically. |
| Not Enough
Bandwidth |
This is due to settings in Real player. This
is how you can rectify, Tools- >
Preferences -> Connection -> Select
Office Lan in Normal and Maximum. Click
OK and done. |

Stuck ? |
Click stop in real player and click play. (or)
Keep the real player running and within 1minute it
will adjust to provide good video |
| Buffering |
Make sure you are not doing any heavy downloads,
uploads, or file sharing softwares

Help on bad buffering issues:-- ( if you do not understand the
instruction please wait till we keep a how to video, use it at your
own risk, worst case just reinstall player)Instructions:-
open Real player from start menu -> programs
step-2: click maximize button in real player to see all the menu
items
step-3: Click tools-> Preferences ( Preferences dialog box
will open up)
step-4: Click "network transports", click on checkbox
"manually configure ..... " click "rtsp settings" button
step-5: Uncheck everything except second one (Attempt to use udp...)
click OK.
step-6: Click OK to return to real player. Close real
player and now try watching live streams. ( if you see error message
cannot receive.. click play one more time, if you see error still,
then you have to remove what you have done above...)

follow same steps as above till step-3
step-4: click "network transports" , uncheck "manually
configure......" , click OK and exit real player, now you are back
to where it was before.
*** tested with teluguone website and no side effects. This improves
your reception for any website which has real player content. |
