Look for S-Video / Composite video connector also
known as TV-Out , either on the backside or on the
side of Laptop |
 |
If you have an S-video jack then you will need an
S-video cable which you can get at your local
electronics store or you can online.
You will also need a cable for audio. This cable
will connect from the headphone jack in your laptop
to the 2 RCA stereo jacks (red and white) on your TV
or stereo system.
Note: For the best
sound quality, keep the volume level just above half
way through and use TV volume control. |
Look for
the connectors in TV
Connector / Signal
1. Red / Audio Right
2. White / Audio Left
3. Yellow / Video IN
4. Black Connector S-Video IN
Now connect cables from Laptop to TV from S-video to
S-video or S-Video to RCA. |
Now use the key sequence to get picture on TV
